This poor agent in England…he was showing a house and encountered a nightmare.
The worst thing that ever happened to me while showing a house is hearing the sounds of someone in the shower. The buyer and I skedaddled before the owner exited the bathroom!

It’s always driven me crazy when people write ‘motivated’ in an ad. Of COURSE they’re motivated, they wouldn’t be selling their house if they weren’t. Turns out putting motivated in the ad sells the home faster, but for less money, on average.
